Front Desk Associate

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional experiences for our diverse team members and guests. Your warm and friendly demeanor will shine through in every interaction, making our guests feel welcome and at home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out, promote company programs, and maintain guest records
- Perform front desk related functions, including cash handling and problem resolution
- Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation and guest service
- Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture
