Job Summary:
Arbor Lodging Management is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
