About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team at Resilience Corp. as a Director, Sales and Business Development. This is a critical role that will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and relationships with large pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion in the Cell Therapy market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large pharmaceutical companies, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts.
  • Lead the development and execution of commercial and business strategies for the Cell Therapy franchise, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring timely and effective follow-up and conversion.
  • Provide market visibility and representation for Resilience Corp. at industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Develop and implement pricing and terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales and business development activities, pipeline progress, and financial performance.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong background in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
