Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Financial Models: Build robust financial models to support operational decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
  • Lead Financial Planning and Analysis: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
  • Support Capital Raising Efforts: Engage with the Founding Team to assist with capital raising and investment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment between financial strategies and production goals.
  • Develop Investor Responses: Provide clear, data-driven financial insights to support investor relations and business growth.
  • Prepare for Leadership: You will receive hands-on leadership training to equip you for senior financial roles within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Experience in corporate finance, budgeting, or capital management is a plus.
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and clean energy technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A desire to grow into a leadership role in a rapidly scaling company.
