Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Services Assistant to join our team at Johnson Financial Group. As a key member of our sales support team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Financial Advisors, ensuring a high level of business professionalism and support that positively impacts new business development, client referrals, and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of JFG products and services to clients and advisors.
  • Establish new client accounts, initiate transactions, and perform account maintenance within bank and vendor operating systems.
  • Proactively schedule client appointments and meetings, identifying and resolving client needs through ownership and consistent follow-through.
  • Research and assist in resolving client inquiries and issues, displaying initiative to problem-solve and escalate when necessary.
  • Accurately and timely prepare correspondence, documents, reports, proposals, and other administrative functions, including expense management and referral system reporting.
  • Support advisors in marketing their business, including materials, events, and communications.
  • Analyze data to recognize affinity groups and identify, build, and act on lead management through CRM and all applicable systems.
  • Manage and enter data through the use of Financial Planning operating systems.
  • Ensure all activities remain compliant with policies and procedures of the broker-dealer.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred, and minimum 1 year working knowledge of financial markets.
  • Series 7 and 66 or equivalent preferred; otherwise, expected to obtain within 6-12 months of hire.
  • Life and health licenses desired.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills, established ability to develop relationships with key business partners.
  • Expert customer service and time management skills required.
  • Proficient in all MS Office Suite of products, including MS Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook.
