Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Leadership Development Program (LDP) - Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy for our rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage financial models to support operational decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis to ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
  • Support capital raising efforts by engaging with the Founding Team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop investor responses with clear, data-driven financial insights.
  • Prepare for leadership roles by receiving hands-on training and equipping yourself for senior financial positions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Experience in corporate finance, budgeting, or capital management is a plus.
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and clean energy technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A desire to grow into a leadership role in a rapidly scaling company.
