Sales Account Executive

P1 Service, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team in the Des Moines, IA area. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling HVAC Service Agreements to commercial buildings in a predetermined territory.
This role is ideal for individuals with a sales background and a passion for building relationships with C-Suite executives and other key decision-makers. You will have the opportunity to work with industry leaders and develop a deep understanding of the HVAC industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and consultative selling to identify and close new business opportunities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Managing time efficiently to maximize productivity and meet sales targets
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
