Sales Manager Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Lauridsen Group, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on dairy ingredients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new sales prospects
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
* Provide market information and insights to inform business decisions

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (food science, chemistry, biochemistry, business, etc.) or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in food ingredients sales, with a focus on dairy ingredients
* Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the dairy industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
