At Spring Footwear Corp., we're seeking a driven and results-focused Account Executive-Business Developer to join our team. This role is perfect for a goal-driven entrepreneur with a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and drive sales growth within assigned accounts for all Spring Footwear brands in the US.
  • Develop and execute strategies to leverage market insights, data points, and business acumen to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver sales presentations, marketing materials, and business analysis.
  • Manage and expand the Spring Footwear brand through sales, merchandising, marketing, and social media.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of successful business development and sales experience, with a strong background in the footwear industry.
  • Demonstrated strength in account retention and growth of sales.
  • Ability to manage the full selling cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with a strong ability to analyze data and generate solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite tools and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
