Join The Ladders as an Agency Client Success Manager

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Agency Client Success Manager to become a vital part of our expanding team. In this role, you will lead and oversee the Agency Client Success team, ensuring the management of our agency revenue across North America and EMEA.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Guide a team of Client Success Managers responsible for maintaining and enhancing our agency relationships with strategic enterprises.
  • Support your team in cultivating strong connections with agency clients to guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for agency clients and liaise with senior agency stakeholders to align on objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with our digital advertising partners to expand agency clientele and identify new business opportunities.
  • Mentor your team to boost product adoption, advocate for product enhancements, and assist in their launch alongside our product management and engineering teams.
  • Drive agency growth by partnering with the Agency Sales and Onboarding teams to strengthen agency relationships and expedite the onboarding of new clients.
  • Exemplify our core values and play a pivotal role in fostering a culture that engages employees and resonates globally.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success within the ad-tech or mar-tech sectors; familiarity with social media platforms is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of management experience is preferred.
  • Proven understanding of SaaS offerings, managed services, and professional services tailored for agency clients.
  • Exceptional ability to forge connections and engage confidently with diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • A strong eagerness to learn about our products to effectively communicate their value to both high-level decision-makers and end users.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
