We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Delivery Executive to lead the delivery of services to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the business, industry, and market, as well as sales strategies, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the global delivery of services to clients, ensuring successful planning, implementation, and execution of contracted services.
- Manage a skilled team of delivery resources to meet schedules, resolve technical or operational problems, and maintain tight control of the account.
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with clients and internally from a strategic and operational perspective.
- Participate in contract and account governance, including contract scope management and risk mitigation.
- Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance standards to maintain and optimize the cost of delivery and service.
- Monitor and report on financial health of the account and remedy any financial misses or anomalies.
- Take ownership and accountability for all client issues to satisfactory resolution.
- Act as a point of escalation for issues not resolvable by the service lines.
- Provide operational risk management strategies across an account and ensure that the delivery teams apply these strategies to operational delivery processes and procedures.
- Participate in rigorous governance and SOX compliance audits, business continuity planning, and testing.
- Develop and deliver regular reports on performance to clients and Unisys senior executives.
- Identify areas for growth at the client by assisting account management in bringing new services to offer to the client.
- Drive service line continuous improvements and challenge the service lines to bring innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related professional experience, 3+ years managing specific area.
- Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Requires knowledge of the business, industry, and market, as well as sales strategies, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis.
- A sound understanding of the major Unisys service offerings and an appreciation of evolving technologies and industry trends.
- Experience and understanding of the support of an IT outsourced environment, including service desk, field services, network operations, applications, infrastructure, and data center environments.
- A proven track record in effective communications, managing service delivery, and relationship management skills.
