About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Client Success Manager to join our team at Updater. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for guiding our top-tier clients through the onboarding process, setting the stage for adoption and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized onboarding plans for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our HomeSafe Connect solution.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices and helping them achieve excellent value from our platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and develop enterprise playbooks and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and track customer progress, identifying areas for additional engagement and developing mitigation plans to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, responding to their queries in a timely manner and serving as a trusted advisor to help them reach their goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to analyze trends and facilitate the creation of relevant training materials, ensuring that clients have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
  • Identify improvement areas in our process, articulating and documenting solutions to create a scalable infrastructure for our Client Success team.

About You

  • You have a proven track record of success in client-facing roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Client Success and/or Account Management.
  • You have a strong understanding of the real estate industry and have experience working with VP and C-level executives within your book of business.
  • You are a strategic thinker, able to develop and execute customized plans to drive client growth and adoption.
  • You are a strong communicator, able to effectively present to various stakeholders, including VPs, C-level executives, and on-site teams in the property management space.
  • You are a team player, able to collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and develop enterprise playbooks and engagement strategies.
