As an Agency Client Success Manager at The Ladders, you will take charge of a portfolio of enterprise agencies from day one, providing consultative guidance, facilitating successful product adoption, and enhancing agency engagement. You will gain insights into the fast-paced online marketing sector, allowing you to quickly learn how to grow and nurture your own client base while supporting agency teams in delivering results using our platform.
Your responsibilities will include...
  • Serving as the primary contact for enterprise agencies to ensure they receive exceptional service and maximize the value of their social advertising efforts.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in our platform and digital advertising to continuously address agency challenges and offer best practices and strategic advice.
  • Building and nurturing robust relationships with agencies and partners.
  • Representing agency feedback to influence our product development roadmap.
  • Collaborating effectively across various departments, including Agency Sales, Onboarding, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering.
  • Contributing to the establishment of a top-tier Agency Client Success organization; helping to create a knowledge repository that sets us apart from competitors, optimizes existing processes, and enhances all Client Success initiatives.

  • Have 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar client-facing role.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of social advertising platforms.
  • Exhibit high levels of empathy, a positive demeanor, and a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their objectives.
  • Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on action and teamwork.
  • Can articulate complex concepts clearly and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Possess a self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Are willing to travel for meetings and industry events when necessary.
  • Have the legal right to work in the US.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually, plus an annual bonus. We consider an individual's background, expertise, and experience when determining the final salary. In addition to the annual salary, The Ladders offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including stock options, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, five weeks of vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance, and disability benefits.
