Job Summary

The Office/Ad Operations Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for Clear Channel Communications, Inc., managing front office reception and various administrative tasks. This role is responsible for preparing and delivering performance documentation related to campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely delivery of performance documentation and photos for client and agency campaigns.
  • Address building issues promptly through established processes.
  • Manage and distribute communication materials, including contract announcements, company rosters, celebration notices, and office signage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common area environment.
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing assistance, information, and directions with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including coordinating deliveries and pickups with services.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office equipment, arranging repairs and managing supplies as needed.
  • Track and replenish office supplies to ensure stock levels meet team needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work or military experience.
  • Two (2) + years of related administrative work experience preferred.
  • Proficient in drafting clear and concise written communications.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capable of effectively multitasking and prioritizing tasks independently.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
