Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, determine their needs, and provide personalized vehicle recommendations
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, take customers on test-drives, and facilitate the sales process
  • Explain product features, options, and benefits to customers, and address any concerns or questions they may have
  • Work with sales managers to close deals, and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions, and communicate this information to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as service and parts, to provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong knowledge of vehicles, including features, options, and benefits
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet sales targets and goals
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or sales experience preferred
