Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Account Executive to join our team in Rochester, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed established sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing persuasive proposals to meet their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence.
  • Monitor competition to continually prospect new account leads and negotiate rates to ensure prompt payments.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports regarding sales, pipeline lists, forecasts, and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.

  • Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures.
  • Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
