Job Summary

The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for Rochester Motor Cars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Place outbound calls to follow up with customers, set appointments, and provide service reminders.
  • Enter and update customer information into the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the service department to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong phone, computer, and email skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a desire to achieve individual and collective goals.
