Position Overview

Insight Global is in search of an Administrative Technician to join our team at a prominent life sciences organization. This role will primarily involve engaging with external clients, collaborating with customer support personnel, and managing invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will utilize their customer service and inventory management expertise to assist both administrative functions and warehouse operations. Daily tasks will include:

  • Facilitating seamless pickups and drop-offs for the team.
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers and support staff.
  • Overseeing invoice processing and payment handling.
Qualifications

The ideal applicant will possess:

  • Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong background in inventory management.
  • A minimum of 12 years in customer service roles.
  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
