Job Summary:

Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego seeks a highly skilled Administrative Associate to join our team. As an Administrative Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department/unit. Your primary responsibilities will include coordination and execution of administrative tasks, information dissemination to various stakeholders, project management, and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Disseminate information to various stakeholders, including employees, patients, and external partners.
  • Manage projects, including planning, organization, and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide training and support to employees on office technologies and software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM.
