Position: Porter

Blue Roc Premier Family of Companies is on the lookout for a dedicated Porter to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working across multiple properties, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ your exceptional organizational abilities to keep recreational and communal spaces clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist with waste management and cleanouts as necessary to uphold the community's appearance.
  • Maintain a tidy and secure work environment, strictly following safety protocols and regulations.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude and take initiative in your responsibilities.
  • Engage effectively with residents, colleagues, and supervisors to promptly address any concerns or issues.
  • Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and community features to identify and resolve maintenance and cleanliness challenges.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure outstanding curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet the community's needs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Positive demeanor and a readiness to take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying items as required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
