Key Responsibilities:

- Adhere to and enforce all compliance regulations and policies, executing these duties ethically.
- Employ effective customer service skills when interacting with physicians, patients, and their families.
- Respond promptly to overhead announcements and maintain accurate records as required.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing clear and concise written reports that meet the standards of the institution.
- Conduct inspections of doors and lighting as necessary and respond swiftly to emergencies, including fires.
- Perform regular patrols of the facility and grounds with minimal supervision, assisting law enforcement as needed.
- Complete all mandatory training for departmental and institutional requirements and approach all tasks positively and collaboratively.
- Fulfill all educational and hospital obligations while utilizing cost-effective practices in job execution.
- Adhere to current Infection Control and Safety Standards and perform duties at the information desk while monitoring security systems.
- Patrol the premises on foot and by vehicle to safeguard individuals and property, occasionally working in adverse weather conditions.
- Maintain regular attendance and the ability to work as scheduled, including overtime and on-call duties.

Qualifications:

- Completion of the tenth grade is required. Certain positions may necessitate a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets insurance coverage standards.
