Licensed Real Estate Sales Consultant

Are you a driven sales professional with a strong history of meeting sales targets? We are looking for a licensed or aspiring Real Estate Sales Consultant eager to establish a new venture or enhance an existing one. The ideal candidate should enjoy engaging with potential clients and fostering relationships.
From day one, we provide access to over 25,000 leads, along with a dedicated team to assist in scheduling appointments. You will have the opportunity to devise a sales strategy aimed at acquiring new clients and expanding existing customer relationships. Our organization supports its sales personnel with essential tools, comprehensive training, effective management, and competitive compensation to guarantee your success.
Compensation:$50,000 - $150,000+ based on commission
Key Responsibilities:- Quickly secure new agreements and engage buyers, providing them with the necessary information to visualize our brand and efficiently close deals.
- Finalize agreements by creating, presenting, and negotiating tailored solutions for your prospects.
- Identify and address potential challenges such as competition, budget constraints, and timelines by thoroughly qualifying your prospective clients.
- Surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets while achieving sales and lead generation objectives to ensure ongoing business.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to educate prospects and clients on our unique value proposition.
- Maintain professional communication, both in-person and via phone, with clients and cooperating agents.
- Consistently follow up to convert leads into appointments and sales.
- Conduct presentations to inform clients and secure signed agreements.
- Engage in daily scripting and role-playing exercises with team members.
- Preferred experience in the industry or product knowledge; a high school diploma is mandatory.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in outside sales is preferred.
- Motivated by deadlines and details, providing outstanding customer service to prospects, clients, and team members.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking.
- Driven by an open-ended compensation structure and financially motivated.
- Must possess or be in the process of obtaining a Kansas Real Estate license.
