Key Responsibilities
  • Property Operations
    • Coordinate and oversee on-site operations, including budget implementation, vendor relationships, and contractor workmanship.
    • Ensure smooth operations of the property by managing rent collections, accounts payable, and other financial aspects.
  • Tenant Relations
    • Negotiate leases and collect security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes.
    • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Leasing
    • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner.
    • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases.
  • Resident Services
    • Coordinate and manage all facets of resident move-in and move-outs, including processing applications.
    • Establish rental rates by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
  • Vendor Management
    • Maintain vendor relationships and implement budgets to ensure smooth operation of the property.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling.
  • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required.
  • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred.
  • Great with people – warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
