Compensation:

$50,000 - $150,000+ based on commission

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue potential sales leads and new clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial qualification to closing.
  • Surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets while achieving sales and lead generation objectives to secure future business.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to educate prospects and clients on our unique offerings.
  • Transform objections into opportunities by addressing potential barriers such as budget constraints, timelines, stakeholders, competition, and other challenges.
  • Finalize agreements by creating, presenting, and negotiating tailored solutions for your prospects.
  • Engage professionally, both in-person and via phone, with clients and cooperative agents.
  • Maintain consistent and effective follow-up to convert leads into appointments and sales.
  • Conduct informative presentations to educate clients and secure signed agreements.
  • Participate in daily scripting and role-playing exercises with team members.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred minimum of 2+ years of experience in outside sales.
  • Team-oriented, organized, self-motivated individual with a focus on service, attention to detail, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in sales.
  • High school diploma required; some industry or product knowledge is preferred.
  • Bright, hardworking, and self-driven.
  • Motivated by an open-ended compensation structure.
  • Must possess or be in the process of obtaining a Kansas Real Estate license.
