Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate and participate in on-site property evaluations with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
- Gather and analyze information regarding potential properties, neighborhoods, educational institutions, and local amenities to address client inquiries.
- Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and property sellers to arrange showings efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to all inquiries from buyer clients via phone, email, and text.
- Assist buyer clients in refining their preferences based on property viewings and suggest additional homes that align with their criteria.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in or willing to quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing tools.
- Ambitious, driven, and eager for professional development.
- Willingness to spend significant time traveling.
