$95,000 - $105,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering trust to enhance sales volume
  • Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers to identify their needs and preferences, then assist in finding suitable properties
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries regarding potential homes and neighborhoods
  • Draft written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate a smooth closing process
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to expand the sales pipeline
  • Guide buyers through home showings while assessing their needs and interpreting current market trends
  • Support sellers through the complex process of selling a home, including pricing strategies and negotiation techniques (training provided)
  • Learn all facets of real estate to ensure exceptional client care
  • Generate business through personal initiatives, including networking, open houses, and community engagement
  • Focus on building strong relationships between your team and clients, emphasizing service excellence
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities

  • Previous sales experience is advantageous
  • No prior real estate experience is required

  • Valid driver's license is required
