About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialty Sales Team Leader to join our team at Target. As a Specialty Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor associates and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales floor associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve store operations.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their sales and customer service skills.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on sales trends and promotions.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment for all team members and guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
