We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team at Kaeser Compressors, Inc. as a Branch Manager for our Chicago and Milwaukee facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams. They will be responsible for supervising all branch personnel, developing the overall plan for branch growth, and ensuring adherence to Kaeser's operational guidelines.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably in the compressed air industry or industrial/manufacturing environment. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to develop new business, and a clean driving record.
