Lead Our Team as a Sales Agent

CHAMBERLAIN is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our organization. With 120 years of industry leadership, we offer a unique opportunity for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and a proven track record of success in sales. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships with existing and new clients, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly. If you are a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and train team members on our sales process.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity and performance.
Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
