Sales Leader

CHAMBERLAIN is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team. With 120 years of experience in the industry, we're looking for someone who shares our passion and purpose. As a Sales Leader, you'll be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships with existing and new clients, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
- Report daily field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales or customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Desire to be active in the community
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
