This role requires a deep understanding of the renewable energy value chain, including agriculture, feedstock production, logistics, and end-user markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute business plans, and drive the growth of the renewable fuels and feedstocks business.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
- Manage Commercial Activities: Develop and execute commercial strategies, including contract negotiation, pricing, and risk management.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and Analyze Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial activities, including sales, marketing, and business development, with a focus on renewable energy or a related field.
