About the Role

The Shift Leader will be responsible for managing daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and visual merchandising. They will also assist with employee supervision, customer service, and sales growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  2. Manage cash handling, including operating the register, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  3. Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  4. Assist with merchandise displays, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  5. Support the management team in achieving sales goals, managing inventory, and controlling expenses.
