Customer Service Supervisor Lead

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to take on the role of Customer Service Supervisor Lead at HEI Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of the Front Office team, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guest interactions are handled promptly and professionally. Key responsibilities include:
- Guest Complaint Resolution: Effectively resolve guest complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
- Staff Training: Provide training and coaching to front desk staff on customer service standards and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in guest service processes and implement changes to enhance overall guest experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have prior experience in a customer-facing role. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
