As a Front Desk Representative with InGenesis, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to patients. This involves assisting with appointment reminder calls, rescheduling appointments, and scheduling lab result appointments.

In this role, you will work closely with patient registration clerks to resolve issues, coordinate break and lunch coverage, and monitor patient flow. You will also provide department orientations and assist the supervisor in training new team members.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working in a medical office setting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are also highly valued.
