Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading front-end operations and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. Your primary focus will be on managing teams, processing transactions, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead front-end teams and ensure efficient operations
- Process transactions accurately and resolve customer complaints
- Provide guidance and support to associates on member service approaches and techniques
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives
- 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Leading a front-end team and supervising experience preferred
The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $24.50 to $32.50. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
