Client Engagement Specialist Overview

Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to join their team in Brentwood, CA.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Client Engagement and be tasked with fostering and expanding the existing client portfolio while overseeing project execution.

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possess strong communication skills.

A successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing position, a proven history of customer retention, and demonstrated success in upselling services to current clients.

This position offers a unique opportunity to become part of a small yet stable organization and travel throughout the Bay Area to support your clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with over 40 customer accounts
  • Ensure prompt and effective communication with clients
  • Advocate for clients' needs with external partners
  • Collaborate across departments with the Design Manager, Testing Coordinator, and Engineers
  • Guarantee that engineering projects are delivered on schedule, accurately, and profitably
  • Review Daily Reports from the field team for precision and address any discrepancies
  • Maintain thorough documentation and streamlined workflow processes
  • Support Account Executives in acquiring new clients
  • Monitor all billable activities and ensure accurate invoicing to clients
  • Manage contract renewals and ongoing work for existing clients annually

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients across the San Francisco Bay area is required
