Job Overview

Milestone Technologies is a global IT managed services firm that partners with organizations to drive business outcomes through technology, infrastructure, and services. We're seeking experienced Strategic Client Executives to join our team and drive growth in our strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with delivery and operations teams to drive growth in strategic accounts
  • Craft holistic plans to solve clients' key business challenges
  • Manage day-to-day tactical activities to meet revenue and profitability targets
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including P&L management
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in the Technology Industry with sales/account management experience in IT Managed Services
  • 5 years of technical experience preferred
  • Track record of managing large complex managed services accounts
  • Multi-year track record of growing revenue across the account set of responsibility
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in industry and technology trends
  • Strong professional reference base, including customers
What We Offer

Estimated Pay Range: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, USD. Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
