Job Description

Dentsu International is a global leader in the marketing and media industry, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President, Client Leadership.

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic client liaison who can build and sustain relationships with senior-level clients, and become our client's trusted strategic partner. As a key member of our team, you will lead the brand's strategy with partners, including internal and external agencies, and drive account growth while establishing integrated cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with agency partners to provide solutions to client issues
  • Provide leadership on agency delivery, ensuring all deliverables are produced on time, on budget, and meet client expectations

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of integrated agency account management experience
  • Minimum 8 years experience as an account team leader/senior client advisor
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior supervisory role
  • Experience empowering, keeping teams on track, and participating in professional development of staff
  • Experience with financial planning and revenue forecasting

What We Offer
