Compensation:

Annual earnings range from $65,000 to $125,000, including bonuses and commissions based on individual performance. Additionally, we offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Help customers identify vehicles that suit their needs using our current inventory.
  • Enhance the sales experience by showcasing vehicle features on the lot.
  • Support customers in completing their sales applications.
  • Collaborate with management to boost sales by regularly inspecting the lot's vehicles and reporting any issues.
  • Assist in ensuring the lot is effectively merchandised to maximize sales potential.
Qualifications:
  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales day.
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor, especially when addressing customer concerns.
  • Proven customer service skills and a successful sales background.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Ability to persuade and overcome objections during the sales process.
  • Proficient in basic business mathematics, including percentages.
  • Adept at learning and utilizing Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales systems.
  • Persistent, competitive spirit with a strong work ethic.
  • Focus on customer needs to enhance both dealership and personal sales.
