Position Overview:

The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a corporate setting, with at least 3 years specifically in Human Resources.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to be present on-site during the initial training phase.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
  • Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the formulation of recruitment strategies and practices that align with the objectives of the Human Resources Department.
  • Conducting thorough research and sourcing candidates using advanced search methodologies.
  • Creating recruitment reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends related to recruitment activities.
