Covenant Logistics Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition department. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with all members of the TA/Recruiting team to contribute to the business, lead and own certain deliverables, and be assigned to specific, meaningful projects throughout the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities
  • Manage progress on assigned projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Communicate daily progress, questions, and issues to your supervisor, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Collaborate with all enterprise departments to assist in developing the early career program, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
  • Create official recommendations for the early career program, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Audit current TA processes and recommend changes, driving process improvements and efficiency.

Competitive Compensation

Covenant Logistics Group offers a competitive total compensation strategy, taking into account individual factors such as performance, experience, and longevity with the company. The pay range for this role is $13.57-$18.55, with a pay grade of 1.
