Your Role at Teleperformance USA

As a vital member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, utilizing creative problem-solving skills to address a variety of questions and concerns. Your Responsibilities

Customer Support Specialists are responsible for managing customer inquiries by providing effective solutions to various issues.

  • Respond to customer inquiries with care and professionalism
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive listening
  • Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality
  • Strive to resolve issues on the first interaction
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • De-escalate and resolve conflicts calmly
  • Escalate issues when necessary
  • Document all interactions for quality assurance
  • Provide insights on call-related challenges

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting
  • Preferred experience in customer service (6 months)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficient with desktop computer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Excellent organizational skills

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps
    • Minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps
    • No packet loss and ping under 50ms required
    • Proof of internet speed is necessary
