Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries by employing innovative strategies to address a range of questions, issues, and concerns.

  • Respond to all customer inquiries with care and attention
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening
  • Manage confidential customer information with sensitivity
  • Strive to resolve issues on the first contact through proactive engagement
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Calmly de-escalate and resolve issues when necessary
  • Escalate interactions appropriately when required
  • Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Preferred 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient with desktop computer systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
