About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Growth. This is a newly created role that will play a critical part in driving the growth and diversification of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver business cases for increasing revenue, market share, and/or profitability through innovation initiatives.
  • Provide actionable market data and competitive analysis to business, marketing, and technology leaders to inform decision making.
  • Lead Corporate Marketing organization and partner with global product management resources to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to support overall business growth and success.
  • Strengthen and lead a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Define, monitor and report on growth metrics and key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters/MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow global businesses with deep customer and market insights.
  • Deep leadership-level experience leading marketing, market development, business development, with a strong track record of success, and customer focus.
  • Highly goal driven and thrives in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Strong people leadership with the ability to think boldly and invigorate others.
  • Demonstrated strength in building relationships and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Experience in Business Case development, including financial analytics, budget preparation and management.
