Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team at Emerald Resource Group. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software applications using Java technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development:
Design and develop high-quality Java software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.

2. Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

3. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software applications.

4. Problem-Solving:
Analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions, leveraging your expertise in Java and related technologies.

5. Knowledge Sharing:
Contribute to the development of technical documentation, knowledge bases, and best practices, ensuring that team members have access to the latest information and expertise.

Requirements:

1. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

2. Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java technologies and software engineering principles.

3. Skills:
Extensive experience with Java, JPA, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks, as well as familiarity with DevOps processes, including CD/CI pipelines.

4. Personal Attributes:
Advanced analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
