Position Overview
We are excited to present a Full-Time opportunity for a Client Support Specialist within our Clinical Team at Evoke Wellness. The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in establishing a secure, welcoming, and nurturing atmosphere for participants in our programs, equipping them with essential tools for early recovery.

This role involves providing individuals with empathy, education, treatment plans, group sessions, personalized care, and overseeing the case management responsibilities assigned under the guidance of the Program Director and Clinical Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clinical and case management inquiries related to patient care.
  • Complete all necessary documentation for patients, including Bio-psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and case management evaluations in a timely and organized manner.
  • Ensure compliance with training attendance requirements, including mandatory sessions.
  • Participate in all clinical meetings and discussions.
  • Uphold program rules and expectations, reporting any violations to the appropriate authorities.
  • Monitor patient adherence to program schedules, addressing any issues and communicating with supervisors.
  • Facilitate and lead group sessions focused on relapse prevention, recovery strategies, coping mechanisms, and other relevant topics to support individuals in their recovery journey.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all patient and facility-related activities.
  • Adhere to established Policies and Procedures.
  • Accept and utilize supervision effectively.
  • Complete all tasks with a focus on quality and compliance with state, joint commission, insurance, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in the Human Services field or a related area.
  • Preferred: CADC or LADC 2 Certification (support for obtaining this certification will be provided during employment).

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong communication, observation, and writing skills.
  • Understanding of Drug-Free Workplace Policies and Workplace Violence protocols.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Integrity and Ethics, as well as addiction-related issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the recovery program.
  • Familiarity with the 12-Step Recovery Program.
  • Competence in problem-solving, stress management, ethics, and team dynamics.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • No travel required.
