About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Yardi Systems, Inc. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client support and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between Yardi clients, internal Yardi teams, and preferred resident services vendor partners.
  • Performance Monitoring: Actively monitor the performance of assigned properties and the implementation rate of available services.
  • Process Optimization: Perform system, business process, and other service reviews to optimize Resident Services practices and policies based on each client's business needs.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Present analysis of product performance to leadership and key client stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Accurately document client activity and client outreach in the client relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate end-user and executive level training.
  • Product Recommendations: Determine if additional Resident Services products or services would benefit the client and further enhance the resident experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to best meet client needs, ensure a smooth workflow, and provide continuous service quality.
  • Special Projects: Lead special projects related to product training and client support.
  • Process Improvement: Take the initiative to improve individual processes and knowledge to better serve the client.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Two plus (2+) years of project or account management experience.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to ~25%.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with constant changes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to think analytically and effectively communicate analysis to clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Big picture focus while displaying a keen attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all levels of employees and clients.
