Account Manager Role

Fuseideas is seeking a skilled Account Manager to oversee and support client work for high-profile accounts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an agency setting and excel at managing client expectations, driving strategic direction, and ensuring timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee client book of business and manage expectations
Drive strategic direction and execution of client work
Ensure client satisfaction and adherence to agency process
Estimate, track, and manage project budgets
Develop client and new business presentations
Resolve project issues in a timely fashion

Requirements:
3+ years of account management experience
Experience working in client-facing environment
Excellent time management, proofreading, and organizational skills
Ability to think strategically and resolve project issues
Travel to client locations as needed
