Project Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Administration Coordinator to join The Accuro Group team. This is a contract position (12 months+), with a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to project teams in various aspects, including but not limited to:

  • Serving as a super-user for Fiori/Ariba PO processes and invoice resolution;
  • Training project teams on system access requests and ensuring they have necessary skills to perform tasks effectively;
  • Cross-functional activities, such as WorkDay time tracking and new hire orientation;
  • Managing logistics at the team site office, including copiers/printers, office supplies, and seating/space arrangements;
  • Maintaining records and correspondence for project directors;
  • Responding to routine correspondence that does not require supervisor's attention.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in standard software packages, including MS Office, and SAP.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • Mastery of standard software packages, including MS Office, and SAP;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to proof-read and edit documents accurately;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and maintain confidentiality when required.
