Job Purpose

As a Paid Social Manager, you will report to the Director of Media Buying and Planning and join a dynamic team of in-house media experts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and oversee large-scale digital campaigns across paid social media platforms for BritBox North America and other regions.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, demonstrating exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills. You should possess meticulous attention to detail, excel in strategic planning, and enjoy mentoring a team while also being hands-on in executing tasks. Setting high standards for yourself and your team is essential.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.
  • 4+ years of experience in paid social media platforms (Meta experience is essential; familiarity with Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snap is advantageous).
  • Experience in an agency setting managing substantial accounts is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing biddable channels to achieve ambitious business objectives.
  • Experience in subscription-based businesses and the entertainment sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid social strategies to drive subscription growth for BritBox.
  • Oversee campaign setup and conduct thorough quality assurance of paid social media buys across various platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring alignment with established KPIs.
  • Provide insights on audience targeting, creative optimization, and performance enhancements.
  • Execute in-platform optimizations based on campaign performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to address challenges proactively.
  • Manage budget pacing and coordinate reconciliations with the finance team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key platform partners.

At BritBox, we embrace flexible working arrangements, which may require some tasks to be performed outside of standard business hours to accommodate different time zones.

Salary Range: $80-90K base salary + competitive benefits + bonus potential
